Poor quality and damaged

My daughter ordered me a ring which was well over 100. Plus shipping...it came damaged, tarnished and nothing like the photo. After no response to several emails we called...poor customer service. Now we have had to pay an additional 25,00 to ship it back. I highly recommend that nobody orders from this company as they do not stand behind there product and customer service is poor

Beautiful jewelry at a fair price

Beautiful jewelry at a fair price. I had an issue with one of my rings, and the customer service was outstanding. They bent over backward to make sure I liked the final product. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Love love love Lisa Leonard Designs

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Lisa Leonard designs. My daughter asked me to choose my Mothers Day gift. We ordered a beautiful ring from Lisa Leonard designs. We were able to personalize it with my parents and my children’s birthstones. I received it so quickly too! I will be ordering more jewelry. Thank you Lisa Leonard. Your one of a kind jewelry ideas make me feel special to own a piece.

I have been trying for months to get…

I have been trying for months to get off your contact list. Called today and was told I had to do it online which I have several times to no avail. So trying again ——- take My email address off your contact list. Why is this so difficult for this company. Was told to call, I did, was told to do it online, no results. REMOVE MY ADDRESS!!!!!!!!

Poor communication

I wanted support her and order from a small business. However, since ordering over 3 weeks ago and 3 emails sent, I've had zero response. Very poor communication.
